Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days processing time in addition to time in transit for your chosen delivery method. Artwork and other items that are printed on demand will ship according to the production time listed in the item description.

Order cutoff time is 12pm PST. Same-Day orders received after the cutoff time will ship the next business day. Orders received on a Friday after 12pm PST, or any time Saturday or Sunday, will begin processing the following Monday provided it is not a holiday.

All domestic orders will include shipping insurance at no additional charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We have upgraded our store to Shopify Markets Pro to provide a better experience for our international customers! Now at checkout you will see your complete cost including shipping rates, taxes, and any duties that will be due. International orders will arrive "delivered duty paid (DDP)". Please choose DHL Express Worldwide as your shipping method to include shipping insurance (at no additional charge to you) and protect your purchase in the event of any damage during transit.

Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, duty, handling fees, customs clearance charges, and all other such fees as required by your country for importing consumer goods. Biblical Heritage Exhibit will not alter prices or otherwise change packing slips or invoices for the purpose of avoiding such taxes, penalties, or fees.
