We take great care to provide top-quality products, but production errors and shipping issues do happen on occasion. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us right away to request a replacement or refund.

REPLACEMENTS
We are unable to offer replacements after 30 days from the date of delivery.

For damaged items — Please take clear, well-lit photos of the outer shipping box, inner packing materials, and the damage to the item(s), and submit them to us via email or chat. We will file a shipping insurance claim and send you a replacement for the damaged item.

For defective items — Please take clear, well-lit photos showing the defect(s) and submit them to us via email or chat. We will send you a return label and work with you to determine whether a replacement item or a refund will provide the best resolution.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days from thedate of delivery. 

Non-refundable items — We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on personalized items, custom-order items, downloadable products, or partially-used gift cards.

All other items — If you've changed your mind about your purchase, or ordered an item by mistake, please contact us via email or chat to request a return or exchange. Items must be returned unused, and in the same condition that you received them. You will need to cover the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If an exchange is approved, we will ship your new items right away. If a refund is approved, we will immediately process it to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
